Refund policy

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within 30 days of receipt.

Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@provaan.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on personalized or custom-made items.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@provaan.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return and either a full refund or replacement.
